Tony Schrader, J.D.
Mr. Schrader graduated from William Penn College in Oskaloosa, Iowa in 1969
and from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1972. Before he opened a
private law practice as a consultant in insurance regulation in Austin
(1990), he worked for the Texas State Board of Insurance as Special Deputy
Commissioner and for the Iowa Department of Insurance as Deputy Insurance
Commissioner. He has been quoted on a number of occasions about insurance
fraud in newspaper and magazine articles, and he has written articles in
insurance related publications.
